In this guest lecture from Labyrinth Summer School X, Robert Ferré explores the mysteries of Chartres Cathedral with a special emphasis on the beloved labyrinth there. Robert led the first Veriditas pilgrimages to Chartres in 1996 and 97 and has been 53 times to study the history and design of the cathedral. In this one hour lecture he discusses the history of the cathedral, the basics of Sacred Geometry, and the symbolism of the labyrinth. Some commonly held assertions are revealed as fiction and, as Robert says, sometimes the true stories are even more fantastic!
Note: This is a 1 Hour Excerpt from 'The Love of Chartres Labyrinth' course also available on this platform.
