Holding Space in Life and the Labyrinth

Through personal reflection and her experience with clients and groups, Heather shares how this practice in conjunction with the power of the labyrinth can facilitate greater personal and community communication and understanding.

Heather Plett is the author of the “The Art of Holding Space: A Practice of Love, Liberation, and Leadership” and the co-founder of the Centre for Holding Space. Heather often incorporates the labyrinth into her leadership, creativity, and personal development retreats and trainings to assist participants in their own discovery. As an international speaker and facilitator, she spends much of her time contemplating what it means to hold space for the complex issues of our lives. She is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and lives in Canada with her three daughters.
